Happy October! I can’t believe we are already toward the end of the year. This is crazy! I love this time of year because fall is my favorite season. I enjoy the weather, the fashion, the change of colors on the trees, and the activities. I know with COVID, we are still limited on what we can do, but there are at least more facilities that are open compare to months ago. I am looking forward to this upcoming month, personally and for the blog. There are going to be some more mental health topics to discuss.
This month is National Depression and Mental Health Screening month. It’s also pregnancy and infant loss awareness, ADHD awareness, and so much more! A lot of topics to cover, so be sure to stop by and read the new entries. As well, since there are a lot of topics of mental health in the month of October, I decided to spread over to my social media. Definitely follow me on one or more of the platforms listed below. You can get fuller details on each topic.
I wish you the best month ever! May you live richer and more meaningful life. I am rooting for you in your self-development, progress, and success. Remember, you can do it. Just gotta adult one day at a time.
