Hello my Michy Minions! I thought it would be perfect to get into the topic of suicide thoughts vs suicidal ideation. Is there a difference between the two? If so, how can we distinguish them? I have placed a video below from the wonderful Katy to help us recognize which is which and how we can address the situation accordingly.
