What Suicide Leaves Behind

Today is Suicide Prevention day. I thought the perfect topic for today is how suicide affect loved ones. Usually when people want to take their own life, one of the reasons is the thought that nobody cares. These people strongly believe the world would be a better place without them. However, that is not the case. They would leave behind a lot of broken hearts, confusion, blame, and regret.

So for any of my readers who are contemplating on suicide, please watch the following video below. These are true stories, from real people, who have lost a spouse, friend, and/or family member from suicide. Please watch this video and I am sure it will change your mind.

As well, anyone who knows someone who is suffering from depression or having suicidal thoughts, please watch this. Many people do not take other people’s depression or suicidal out cries seriously. Before you know it, the person you love and cherish is gone. Then unfortunately, you will become one of these peoples in the video expressing the hurt and pain.

I know it’s sad and some people don’t want to watch these depressing stories. But it’s through these depressing stories we can turn something negative into positive. So I urge you to watch and share. Until next time, adult one day at a time.
