Hello my Michy Minions! Omg… it’s December! Wow that was fast. I just want to wish you a happy December. It’s a new month! We’re on a new month flow. All that bad juju in November? Let it go! All the blessings in November? Carry that over. Just because 2019 is coming to an end does not mean it’s too late. It’s never too late to be better. Think of this way, if you start you goal now, you will have a head start for 2020.
As usual, I always post an entry for the new month. I do a recap entry for the last month for all the lessons i have learned. When I discuss about the new month, it’s more about what I hope for the next 30 days. All my the goals I want to accomplish. Now it doesn’t have to be new goals every month and it doesn’t have to be multiple of goals. It can be one.
I’m explaining the process because I hope it inspire you too! I hope after looking back at your previous month, you know what you aiming for in the new month. This is all about being the best you can be. I want this to be a journey that you and I can take together. We can hold each other hands as we go through this rise of self development together. No matter how bumpy this ride gets, we got each other backs. You feel me?
I feel like I have been doing well with the diet and exercising I have been doing. I will keep going. I have been getting better with my emotional health and self discipline. I just need to continue and keep working on what I have been doing. The only new goal I will add is learning to be consistent on certain tasks. If I can figure out how to do that I would be so happier. Oh, one more thing! Get my closet and my second room straighten out. Hopefully I will be able to do this before the new year.
Those are my goals for the new month. What are your goals for the new month? New job? Try something new? Try to make a new friend? It doesn’t have to be big. It can be something small and simple. Exercise. The cold slows me down. I don’t get out to walk when it is cold.

Yes, it’s difficult to workout in the winter. However, there are indoor exercises you can do.

I have lots of goals, but I think for December the two major ones are:
1. Taking excellent care of my new bby bearded dragon.
2. Getting prepared for 2020 so I can crush it!

1. Cleaning my entire bedroom, closet and bathroom including throwing away things I said I’d use that I’ve never used 😊
