Good Morning everyone! As you may or may not know, exercise is not only great to keep you physically in shape, but it’s great for mental health. Working out increases endorphins which reduces stress and anxiety level. Also, it decreases depression and can assist on sleep aid. However, working out in the morning can be a pain in the but. Especially if you’re a person like me who suffer from morning depression. It’s a real struggle getting out of bed and starting your day. Sometimes I think to myself, “I wish there was a way to work out on my bed” Thankfully, there is a way to kick start your day! So if you’re like me, struggling with morning depression, or you’re too lazy to get out of bed to exercise, watch this video! Not only you will be giving your mind the natural boost it needs, but also, you will be burning calories before brushing your teeth! Lol!
